How generations work
Only completed, validated results use the allowance.
- What counts as a generation?
- One generation is used when PitCanvas successfully completes and validates a car-specific livery. A completed variation also counts as one generation.
- What happens if a job fails?
- Failed, cancelled and validation-failed jobs do not use your monthly allowance.
- Do unused generations roll over?
- No. Each billing month begins with a fresh allowance of 30 generations.
- Can I purchase additional generations?
- No. PitCanvas Pro currently has one straightforward monthly allowance.
- Can I download a project again?
- Yes. You can re-download completed projects without using another generation.
- Can I run multiple generations simultaneously?
- One generation can be active per account. The next can begin as soon as the current job finishes or is cancelled.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Pro remains available until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will not renew after that date.
- What currency is used?
- All prices are displayed and billed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added during checkout.
